Prairie Inn Policies

The Prairie Inn takes pride in providing you a clean, comfortable room, with small town hospitality. In order to make the stay of our present and future guests more enjoyable The Prairie Inn reserves the right to refuse service.Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and any damages caused to the facility.

Deposit Policy

The Prairie Inn Requires a 10 % non refundable deposit charged at the time your reservation is made.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

From July 1st through August 15th and for Special Events the Cancellation time is 30 days, and for the rest of the year It is 2 weeks.We understand that plans do change, and should this be true of your plans, we respectfully request your advance notice. If Your cancellation occurs prior to the cancellation time for your reservation we will cancel your reservation and only the 10% deposit is forfeited. If you cancel after the time allowed you are responsible for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 2 nights of your stay.If you do not cancel and fail to show up for your stay you will be charged for the a minimum of one night and a maximum of 2 nights according to the number of nights reserved and the cancellation time in effect.

Pet and Smoking Policy

The Prairie Inn is proud to provide clean comfortable rooms for all our guests. In order to ensure that we remain that way The Prairie Inn Maintains a No Smoking and No Pet Policy in our facility. Should there be smoking or pets in your room your card will be charged a $150 cleaning charge.

Check in Policy

Check in is from 3:00 PM. to 10:30 PM. Early check in is available only according to availability and with prior arrangements and is $25.

Check out Policy

Check out is by 11:00 A.M..Late check out is available only with prior arrangements and is $25.

The Prairie Inn takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. We guarantee that with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at www.ThePrairieInn.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using The Prairie Inn's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
